The Will M. Ensley Memorial Scholarship Foundation was established in 2023 after the tragic death of Will Ensley. Will was an excellent student, and a strong competitive swimmer. The foundation bearing his name was established to aid those who swam competitively in high school in furthering their education after their high school graduation.

​We received our 501C3 public charity status, and awarded our first scholarship to a class of 2024 Shawnee Mission Northwest High School graduate swimmer.

Each subsequent year we award two scholarships with one awarded to a graduate from the Shawnee Mission Northwest High School Swim Program, and one to a graduate from the Empire KC swim club. We also supply necessary equipment to the Shawnee Mission Northwest swim teams.
